Refund & Return Policy

We offer a 3-day return or exchange window from the delivery date of your order. To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Care Department via email, where you will receive a “Reason for Return” form. The returned item must be shipped to our warehouse with the completed form.

Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only available for customers who have made their purchase using a debit or credit card. Please note that sale items are not eligible for refunds.
