Exchange & Refund Policy
We use standard Euro size for the perfect fit. Our finest velvet material is adjustable and comfortable. Please carefully review the sizes and then place order, as we don’t accept returns or exchanges unless the product is broken or damaged.
If you claim that the product is damaged or broken, you must provide proof. You have to share a video of the unboxing process to ensure that the damage is not your fault. If you do not share the video, we will not proceed with the exchange.
Contact us immediately if the product is damaged. You can exchange within 5 working days after receiving the order. If the customer exchanges the product, they will be responsible for the delivery charges; we are not responsible for these charges.
NOTE :
We will not exchange sales items under any circumstances. Soleaqs have the right to reject any exchange request if it does not comply with the rules mentioned above.
